Terms of service

These terms apply when you use esotico.ca or buy from us. The site is operated by Esotico Lifestyle, 1083 Queen Street, Suite 182, Halifax, Nova Scotia B3H 0B2, Canada.

  • Orders. We may cancel an order, for example if a piece is no longer available or a price was shown in error. If we do, we refund you in full.

  • Prices and taxes. Prices are in Canadian dollars. GST or HST is added at checkout for Canadian addresses, and shipping costs are shown before you pay. Orders to the United States may owe US import duties and fees, which the carrier collects from you on delivery.

  • Shipping and returns. Our Shipping and Returns pages are part of these terms.

  • Lost in transit. If a tracked parcel doesn’t arrive, we replace the piece or refund you in full.

  • Product information. We describe and photograph every piece as accurately as we can. Colours vary from screen to screen, and handmade pieces vary slightly one to another.

  • Gift cards. Gift cards never expire. They’re used at checkout on esotico.ca and can’t be exchanged for cash, except where the law requires.

  • Using the site. Please don’t use the site unlawfully, copy its content, or try to interfere with its security.

  • Our content. The site’s text, photos and design belong to esotico or to the maisons we carry.

  • Liability. To the extent the law allows, our liability for an order is limited to the amount paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under consumer protection law.

  • Governing law. The laws of Nova Scotia and the federal laws of Canada.

  • Changes. We may update these terms, and the version on this page when you order applies to that order.
