Delivered with care, tracked all the way.

Every order ships within 2 business days, and its tracking number reaches you the day it leaves us.

• Canada: choose Canada Post Expedited Parcel or Xpresspost at checkout. The rate is calculated live for your address and your order.

• United States: tracked courier shipping for $35 per order. US import duties and fees aren’t included: the carrier collects them from you on delivery.

• Free shipping on every order over $200, applied automatically at checkout.

• Diffusers, refills and matches ship within Canada only: they can’t cross the border by post.

• Our largest tables (the large rectangular tray side table and the two nesting side table sets) are pickup only, in Bedford, Nova Scotia: they’re too large to ship by post. We email you to arrange a time.

If your order hasn’t shipped within 2 business days, we’ll email you before you need to ask, with the choice of a full refund.
