Returns

30 days to be sure.

You have 30 days from delivery to ask for a return.

• Items must be unused and in their original packaging, with proof of purchase.

• Start a return by writing to hello@esotico.ca, and we’ll reply with where to send it. Items sent back without a return request can’t be accepted.

• Once your return arrives and is checked, we refund the item to your original payment method within 5 business days. Shipping charges aren’t refunded.

• Return postage is yours, unless the piece arrived damaged, faulty or not what you ordered; then we cover it.

• Sale items and gift cards can’t be returned.

• Something arrived damaged, faulty or not what you ordered? Tell us as soon as you open it, with a photo, and we’ll make it right.
